The founders
Marked by the poverty of the country and already deeply committed on their own,Gaël, Olivier et Thibaut decided to launch "la Compagnie du Miel" in 2017 with a firm commitment to placing social and ecological responsibility at the heart of the compagny's mission. They are indeed convinced that sustainable ecological development cannot exist without prioritizing social development.

Rado ensures the supervision et l'optimization of the economic management of the company.

Tafita handles order processing, invoices and inventory.

Dany is in charge of working on the texture of honey and putting it into jars for our greatest pleasure.

The customer happiness manager
Delphine takes care of prospecting and customer relationship management in France.

The communicative smile
Gaëtane is in charge of prospecting in priority geographical areas outside of France and handles the company's communication.

Andy is responsible for assisting with production in Madagascar.

Rolland is responsible for monitoring the beehives in field.

Céline takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the apiary. She also assists in the workshop during peak activity times.
